History of Bergan et al., Inc.In 1993 we started as The Write Enterprise, a technical editing and technical writing service to the petroleum, environmental, engineering, medical, multimedia, advertising and publishing industries. In 1997 we added desktop and digital publishing services to our offerings. In our early years, we built a reputation of providing high-quality, highly personalized service to our clientelle. Emphasizing quality over quantity has always been our overriding business philosophy. In January 2001, we incorporated, changed names to Bergan et al., Inc., and moved to offices in southwest Houston. Additional staff was hired and trained to serve our existing client base and help attract new clients. In January 2005, we moved our physical location to Rockport, Texas, on the Gulf Coast, but continue to serve our same client base seamlessly via telecommuting.
